Admission Criteria

(A). Admissions start in the month of February for the next academic session. For LKG, admissions are given on first come first served basis and for other classes, they are given on the basis of assessment/test and interview subject to availability of seats. The age limits for the admissions are as under:

(B).Admission to class XI is done in the month of April on provisional basis on payment of specified fees which is non-refundable, as the studies for class XI start from April itself. A student from other school is required to produce the result of pre-board exams of class X, a character certificate including the date of birth from the Principal of the previous school. The other documents like T.C. duly counter signed (if required), Registration Card of class IX along with the final result of class IX and X based on CCE pattern of CBSE latest by first week of July, to get the provisional admission regularised. The admission would be denied if the percentage of marks/ grades is not equivalent to the prescribed cut off limits or the documents are suspect. In such cases, the fees paid for provisional admission will not be refunded.

Age Criteria

+3 years for LKG	on 31stMarch of the year for the next academic session	starting on 1st April
+4 years for UKG	on 31stMarch of the year for the next academic session	starting on 1st April
+5 years for class I	on 31stMarch of the year for the next academic session	starting on 1st April and so on

Entry Criteria for Admission
1. Admission will be granted to a child on the basis of assessment of age and other parameters.
2. Concept test will be based on expected key knowledge for every Standard.
3. The child needs to be present in person for the written test and interaction.
4. No test will be conducted for admission to Nursery.
5. The proximity of residence to school parameter shall be taken into consideration.
6. Special consideration shall be made for siblings of existing students.

Conditions for Refusal of Admission
1. Admission can be refused on the basis of multiple factors, including but not limited to:

a. Non-availability of seats
b. Inadequate performance in admission tests
c. Age of child
2. In matters of rejection of application form, the decision of the School Admission Committee is final and may not be questioned. The Committee is not liable to provide a reason for such rejection, though it may do so at its own discretion.
